Each bedroom has a hard-wired ethernet connection to the broadband router, and a TV aerial point. The rent here includes all bills, so you do not have to worry about budgeting for these costs. Gas, electricity, water, TV licence, and fibreoptic broadband are all included. As you would expect, the gas and electricity are subject to our fair usage policy. The house is double glazed and properly insulated.
