Holding Deposit - Maximum 1 Weeks Rent
Tenancy Deposit - Maximum 5 Weeks Rent
Loss of Keys - Cost for recovery only, based on the price of the key.
Late Rent Charges - The Tenant shall pay interest at the rate of 3% above The Bank of England’s base rate on any rent lawfully due that is paid more than 14 days after the date on which it became due. The interest will be payable from the date the rent should have been paid until the date the rent is actually paid.
