I cannot praise the people who work for Oakmans Northfield enough. What a team! They kept me updated on all viewings immediately afterwards, they also attended every viewing too. The team they sent to photograph the house and grounds were astounding, from the aerial drone video of the house to the impeccable way they photographed the interior paying attention to the detail. I will be honest and say, it was a bumpy ride at the start. I’ve just exchanged contracts on the sale of my house, and after some difficult emails back and forth with potential offers and eventual buyers, we managed to find enough common ground to move forward.

The latter end of the process was much smoother, in no small part to Candy. What a clear speaking, no nonsense type of agent she is. Right from the moment she took over the sale of the house, I felt in very safe hands. She spoke directly, and used her many years experience in the industry to push the buyers into making clear decisions when it seemed they were not being advised very well by their legal advisor.

I have to say - my review wouldn’t have been five stars without coming into contact with her. I believe she is a new member of the team, and one in my opinion, Oakmans should hold on to.

In stressful situations - you need a clear thinking, unbiased and clinical mindset. When you’re selling your home, most homeowners do not have this. Candy provided the calm required and liaised with all appropriate bodies to find proper resolution with her no-nonsense approach.

Oakmans have a winner on their hands in her, and I would happily sell another property through Oakmans with Candy as Sale Progressor again.
