We celebrated our arrival with a launch event at the Kingfisher Shopping Centre on 14 February, welcoming families, homeowners and plenty of friendly faces who came along to meet the Oakmans team.
From conversations about the local property market to a balloon-filled competition that kept everyone guessing, the launch gave us the perfect opportunity to introduce ourselves and start getting to know the people of Redditch.

One of the biggest talking points of the launch was our balloon competition.
We filled a branded Oakmans car with balloons and challenged visitors to work out exactly how many were inside.
There were plenty of guesses throughout the day, ranging from confidently calculated answers to some slightly more ambitious estimates.
The correct answer?
48 balloons.
Three entrants managed to guess the number exactly, so we held a random draw to decide the winner and filmed it to keep everything fair.
Congratulations went to Ellie H, who won a £200 Miller & Carter voucher.
It was a simple competition, but it added plenty of fun to the day and gave families another reason to get involved in the launch celebrations.
