    They bir provided excellent service from start to finish. I was able to reach them easily whenever I needed, and the team was always respectful and helpful. They responded to all my questions quickly and in detail. Especially Jason—he replied to every email I sent within 10 minutes, which was truly impressive. I received my keys just 7 weeks after viewing the property. Throughout the process, they maintained strong communication with the seller’s solicitors, ensuring everything progressed smoothly and efficiently. Overall, I received a professional service and was very satisfied with the entire experience. A reliable and knowledgeable team—I highly recommend them!

    Brilliant experience using Oakmans estate agents. From initially contacting to hear about the process for getting organised for sale through to the completion date it's been a brilliant experience. Communication with everyone in the team has been fantastic and my random questions were never too much hassle. Would fully recommend Oakmans of you're selling your property.

    The team at Oakmans Estate Agents made the house-buying experience so much easier and better. From picture quality at listing (high quality pictures without using an overly exaggerated wide angle lens) through to sales progression, Oakmans seem to be one of the best estate agents to work with as a buyer. Bethany from the Sales Progression team at Northfield was incredibly helpful and kind - mediating and negotiating thoughtfully between buyer and seller and asking the questions that solicitors can't help with. She kept the sale progressing and managed expectations exceptionally, keeping us up to date when we weren't getting much information. Highly recommend Oakmans Northfield if you're looking to buy or sell a property with good support and communication!

    Review of the Media team ( Dom & Bill ) who came to photograph our home. Dom and Bill provided an exceptional service from start to finish. From the moment they arrived, they were warm, professional, and considerate, even offering to remove their footwear. They took the time to introduce themselves and explain what they needed to do before getting started. What stood out was their professionalism, thoroughness, and keen eye for detail. They knocked on doors before entering rooms and always asked before switching on lights. They didn’t just take photos; they carefully adjusted items (with permission) to capture the best possible shots. When I needed to clear some items from a small bedroom, they kindly offered to move them and return them afterward. Their expertise ensured they captured the very best of our property. Throughout, they were friendly, communicative, and professional, keeping us informed as they worked and even inviting us to review the images on their cameras. We couldn’t have been happier with their service—polite, personable, and highly skilled.

    From start to finish, the team has been absolutely brilliant—professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. Communication has been outstanding; they kept me updated every step of the way and were always on hand to answer any questions (no matter how many times I bugged them!). Their knowledge and expertise made the whole process so much smoother and far less stressful than I expected. If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares and works hard to get the best outcome for you, this is them! Thanks guys
