    Lesley and the team were amazing with quite a difficult flat sale and was always contactable. I would recommend Oakham's as they are a great estate agent.

    From initial contact in January 2024 to completion in July 2024 Oakmans team approach has been exemplary - realistic valuation, professional vidio of the property, spot on coverage and information about viewers, helpful reccomendations for support contacts for epc energy rating, boiler citificate, house clearance and above all dilgent follow up with the purchasers and solicitors. We are so pleased to be so well looked after by Oakmans in Northfield. Alan, PhuiLing and Esther Parker.

    I changed to Oakmans following 2/TWO broken previous sales! I shan't muddy waters by telling you what every Estate Agent does but highlight what made the difference. Bear in mind it was a No sale, No fee. First is the marketing. The full smorgersboard - stills, videos, still floor plan and an interactive one. Expecially good was the professional aerial photography. Got to see to it to be believed. In other words, a Buyer, can see the property from every angle and close up to see EVERYTHING without leaving home. Fast turnaround to get it all online. The next difference is the follow-through by a different and dedicated team (thanks Lesley). Regular and constant contact between all parties involved! The Exchange and Completion was a touch-and-go-affair but Lesley kept it going. I felt my sale was a priority. Finally, my property was "out-of-the-area" and yet they achieved the actual sale. Over and above. What more could a Seller want? Full 5 stars. I'd give more stars if I could! Thank you to all the team at Oakmans. Well done LauraM (the Manager in Northfield Branch).

    Top class service in connection with a sale for an elderly relative. Laura and Lesley went the extra mile constantly updating and helping make a stressful move run smoothly. Can’t thank you enough and would highly recommend anyone in the area to use this agency
