    Initially had reservations about instructing for the sale due to Oakmans being new to the sector and suspiciously favourable pricing but were unfounded. Oakmans provided an excellent service across the board over the 4 -5 months they acted on my behalf. All staff I found easy to communicate with and very helpful and always replied to my calls and emails, they guided me all the way and gave useful insights and advice during the sale to make the whole process just that bit easier. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend- from a genuine reviewer.

    I had a fantastic experience with this estate agent during my recent house hunt. Their house tours were not only informative but also highly engaging. They were patient, answering all my questions, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident in my decision.     We completed on our house sale on Friday with Oakmans and we couldn't ask for a better agent! We had our house on the market for 4 months with another local agent and switched agents to Oakmans after a bad experience. Oakmans got our house sold in 2 weeks for over the asking price with thanks to Laura and Charlee for their hard work and dedication. The communication throughout was impeccable with the after sales team giving us regular updates throughout. We cannot thank Oakmans enough. We are now in our forever home thanks to the whole team at Northfield! Highly recommended!

    I can't speak highly enough of the service we have received from Oakmans when selling my late father's house. From the first meeting to discuss the valuation of the property with Laura to completion date, Oakmans have been nothing but professional throughout with customers at the heart of everything they do. We have been dealing with Laura, Charlee and Trina and they have been so helpful and the communication has been outstanding. I'm particularly grateful for Trina who has been just amazing with responding to my constant emails and keeping me updated. Would highly recommend using Oakmans to sell your house.

    Katie, Lesley and Amanda, we're amazing from day one. They were supportive, engaging, proactive and working to get everything done as fast as possible. They were thoughtful, caring and lovely to work with. Katie, Lesley and Amanda made what was at times, not an easy process to go through, manageable and personable. Even going as far as dropping off the keys due to distance and time restraints. Thank you for being professional, but more than that kind.
