We dealt with Laura Mallon and her team at the Northfield branch, and the service we received was excellent from start to finish. Laura took the time to understand our personal circumstances following a separation, as well as the price we needed to achieve for the property. This understanding and empathy made a significant difference throughout the process. The whole team helped make what could have been a very stressful experience much more manageable. They were always respectful when arranging viewings, considerate of our timings, and extremely responsive whenever we had questions or needed updates. Their professionalism, communication, and support were outstanding, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. In fact, I shall genuinely miss our regular contact and would like to wish Laura and her team every continued success in the future. Thank you all for your help and support guys!

Great experience so far with Oakmans. Very efficient to book a valuation visit. Jilly arrived on time and clearly explained the whole process, gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions.
