    I received excellent service when Oakman’s sold my house recently. The branch manager Laura was very enthusiastic and ensured the whole process was seamless. The communication was excellent and no query or concern was too much trouble. All of the staff I dealt with were very friendly, professional and proactive which helped to ease my stress levels at a very hectic time. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

    I was really impressed with the teams hard work and how organised they are with arranging viewings Filip who booked me in was was extremely helpful gave me a suitable time to view and was very friendly and had great manners.

    I cannot thank Laura and the team at Oakmans Northfield enough for everything they did to help sell my house! After being on the market with another local agent for 4 months, with very few viewings and virtually no feedback, I was understandably frustrated. From the moment I went on the market with Oakmans, the difference was incredible. Laura and her team were professional, proactive and kept me updated throughout, with feedback after every single viewing. They managed to sell my house within just 3 weeks for over the asking price! We have now finally completed and moved, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide us through the process. Laura went above and beyond and made what can be a very stressful time feel so much easier! I would highly recommend Laura and the team to anyone thinking of selling their home! Thank you so much!

    We can’t thank Laura Mallon enough for all her help and advice throughout our house sale. She was incredibly understanding, supportive and patient, and took the time to explain every stage of the process in so much detail, which made everything feel far less daunting.     I spent a lot of unsuccessful time and effort with several agents before I had the good fortune to come across Jilly @ Oakmans. My experiences before that consisted of inexperienced individuals with poor advice with more interest in filling a quota than actually providing a quality and meaningful service. Jilly's attitude, professional nature and sound advice were invaluable and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone, thank you for outstanding service.
