    I recently sold my property through this agency, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From the very first consultation, the team was professional, transparent, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for me. Communication was excellent throughout – I was kept informed at every stage, and no question ever felt too small. A special mention must go to Laura and Lesley Barnfield, who went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their local knowledge, attention to detail, and personal touch made all the difference. They were always available to offer honest advice, handled viewings with care, and navigated negotiations with skill and patience. It truly felt like they had my best interests at heart.     I have dealt with Jilly at Oakmans Estate Agents during the valuation process to sell my home and upon reflection decided not to put my home on the rental market at this time. Jilly’s advice was informative and helped me make the decision to hold on to the property for now but will use Oakmans’s in the future for sure. I’m very happy to have dealt with Jilly who you can really tell enjoys her job and has an abundance of industry knowledge. Thank you Jilly and Oakmans.

    I cannot thank Laura and the team at Oakmans Northfield enough for everything they did to help sell my house! After being on the market with another local agent for 4 months, with very few viewings and virtually no feedback, I was understandably frustrated. From the moment I went on the market with Oakmans, the difference was incredible. Laura and her team were professional, proactive and kept me updated throughout, with feedback after every single viewing. They managed to sell my house within just 3 weeks for over the asking price! We have now finally completed and moved, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide us through the process.
